  • In relation with the various administrations, management of specific requests (re-employment assistance for example)

Our prices

Fees for assistance in setting up a company

EUR 1500 + VAT (17%)
or 16% in 2023

These incorporation costs cover the prerequisites and procedures for setting up a company at the Notary and administrative level. You must also count the costs of the Notary in addition from approximately EUR 1100.00 depending on the type of company and the amount of capital subscribed.

Management
salaries

A detailed quote will be provided upon request

Salary management will be carried out on the basis of a fixed price per salary slip per month without any unforeseen supplement. A quote is also provided on request in advance with a more attractive price depending on the number of salaries to be managed.

Regarding the payment of fees and after acceptance by the client, the annual amount will be distributed by quarter. 
The only automatic increase is that based on the Luxembourg consumer index (Typically, 2.5% per year). 
This process will help you establish your accounting budget without surprises.
